CustomLabware.com lets you design, download, and order custom labware for your benchtop or automated platform — all from your browser.

Design

Choose from multiple design modes to match your manufacturing method:

  • Laser Cut (DXF) — Design acrylic or polycarbonate labware with snap-fit walls and tube cutouts. Export ready-to-cut DXF files.
  • Rainin Insert (STL/STEP) — Generate custom inserts sized for Rainin LTS pipette tip boxes. Supported boxes:
    • 20uL / 200uL — PN 30389239
    • 1000uL — PN 30389212
  • 3D Print (STL/STEP) — Generate 3D-printable geometries with configurable tube layouts

Export your designs directly as DXF files (for laser cutting) or STEP/STL files (for 3D printing). Share your designs via URL with anyone.
